In most cases, a townhouse is inspected differently than traditional homes and cost less due to the upkeep and maintenance of ‘shared’ structures by the property owner and management company. However, inspections of these properties are still recommended to ensure that internal appliances, doors, windows, outlets, and other important items are working as expected.

We perform an objective visual examination of the major mechanical systems and interior of the property per  InterNACHI “Standards of Practice”. The inspection report typically summarizes findings from a visual inspection of the properties condition, often including heating and central conditioning air systems, interior plumbing and electrical systems and visible walls, ceilings, floors, windows, doors, basement, and visible structures.
