Generally when you are building a home you are apart of the process and have a general contractor to over see work and the steps taking place. In many cases though, things can slip through the cracks and things get overlooked. That is where the inspection come in. Our inspectors will inspect a new build in three phases. This ensures that every step along the way will be followed as supposed to and no corners will be cut or caught to late.
Our inspectors will inspect after the foundation is poured, after the systems are installed and framing is complete and the final walk through inspection.
Each phase will be reported on and receive all the content you need to understand what the current condition is on the build status.
